Unique advantages of a PerfectPower system:
- Panel Efficiency: PerfectPower utilizes the most efficient panels produced today anywhere in the world. With an 18+% efficiency rating, they are designed and built using special materials designed for maximum performance at high temperatures.
- More Kwh’s: A properly designed solar electric system from PerfectPower will output MORE Kwh’s than a standard system due to the special design considerations learned from over three decades of experience building solar electric systems for this unique climate.
- High Temperature Design: Only PerfectPower engineers their systems for our unique climate. Here are some of the standard features found in all PerfectPower systems.
- Heavier gauge wire (less electrical resistance)
- Solar panels are mounted at least 6” above roof level to take maximum advantage of airflow. More airflow means lower operating temperature which means more power.
- The Inverter (the heart of the system) is always oversized. By operating the inverter below its maximum power rating, it stays cooler and extends its operating life.
- The solar electric panels used are specifically designed for hot climates. They are less affected by the hot desert climate than any other standard solar panel.
- Warranty: The best in the business. Three different warranties cover your PerfectPower system. The first is a performance warranty from the solar panel manufacturer for 25 years. This means the Solar panel will output at least 80% of its specified power for at least 25 years from the date of installation. The second is a manufacturer’s defect warranty on the solar panel for10 years against any workmanship defects. The third warranty is directly from PerfectPower. For the first 5 years you own your system PerfectPower will repair any defects in workmanship and/or replace any component found to be defective, at no cost to you.
- Lightning Protection: All PerfectPower systems have lightning protection installed as standard.
- Monitoring: Sometimes we find out about a problem with your system before you do. All PerfectPower systems are remotely monitored 24 hours/day, 7 days/week for the first 5 years at no cost to you. Longer term monitoring is optional.
- Annual Inspections: Does a solar electric system need service? Of course. For the first 5 years you own your system, PerfectPower conducts on-site preventive maintenance at no cost to you. We are the only company we know of that does this. We wash your panels (they should be washed once every 3 months), lubricate the switches, tighten the electrical connections, and test the output. Written results and any additional training are provided to you.
