Sale Representative
Sale Representative needed to help handle explosive growth for a Residential and Commercial solar PV integrator.  Award winning Phoenix company with 30 plus years in the business offers training, base, benefits and attractive commission structure.  Candidate must have 5 to 10 years of successful sales experience and analytical and technical skills to help prospective customers understand design considerations, utility and tax incentives and the return on their investment in a high performance solar PV system.  The company believes that not all solar systems are created equal.  The successful candidate will work closely with our experienced staff in system design and sales, engineering, production and customer service to design and customize solar PV systems for residential or commercial customers that far exceed industry standards. 

You will be expected to follow company guidelines, work your plan, produce sales and to be a part of the team.  We expect you to spend much of your time outside the office with customers.  Travel, as needed, within Arizona is required.

Must have the following skills:

  • 5-10 years of successful sales experience
  • Good analytical and math skills
  • Technical aptitude to understand and develop a high performance design approach
  • Excellent customer communication and customer service
  • Ability to work with Microsoft Office
  • Basic understanding of solar PV and incentives
  • Ability to assemble a sales plan with goals and forecasts and work the plan
  • Strong negotiation skills

The following would be helpful but not necessary:

  • Solar PV sales experience
  • Bachelors degree
  • Financial and/or technical background
